This is Max, his real name is Manucher. He is from Dushanbe Tajikistan. I nicknamed him Max when we were there this past summer. He just arrived in California for his senior year of high school (that is where the pic is taken). You can imagine what a shocking difference it is for him here in the states. He is a great guy and I am sure will do well. Please pray for him and for his host family. He and I will keep in touch via email and we have invited him to come visit during one of his breaks.
